Group therapy is an effective therapy method to increase support and improve interpersonal functioning when dealing with stressful situations. Popular therapy groups include support for anxiety, depression, grief, teens, and divorce.
Therapy groups are scheduled at various intervals during the year based on interest and community need.

- Women’s Anxiety – Saturdays @ 9:00 am
- Woman to Woman (view flyer) – Thursdays @ 6:00 pm
